LONGITUDINAL SHEARING

The company now has 33 sets of 400 type slitting machines, 5 sets of 1000 type CNC high-speed slitting machines, and 1 set of 2000 type CNC high-speed slitting machine and rewinding machine. The annual output of various types of flat steel is 200000 tons.

Our flat steel products are processed from hot-rolled strip steel through such processes as opening, longitudinal shearing, leveling, sizing, shearing, etc. The product has the advantages of high dimensional accuracy, small size, smooth surface, convenient processing and material saving. The main specifications of the product are 10-2000mm wide and 1.5-20mm thick. The product specifications are complete and various. At the same time, you can also personalize the processing service according to the customer's requirements, and the delivery status is bar bundle delivery.


HOT ROLLING

The company has two sets of hot rolling equipment with an annual output of 800000 tons. The product is rolled with negative deviation, with a thickness of 8~50mm, a width of 150-625mm, and a length of 5-15m, and the product specification span is relatively dense. It can be produced with fixed thickness, width, and length according to the user's requirements, which reduces the cutting for the user, saves the process, reduces the consumption of labor and materials, and also reduces the processing loss of raw materials, saving time, labor, and materials. The products are mainly used for steel structure manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, automobile industry, mining machinery, lifting machinery and other industrial materials.


GALVANIZING PROCESSING

The hot-dip galvanizing workshop covers an area of more than 45000 square meters, with 4 environment-friendly hot-dip galvanizing production lines and 1 full-automatic hanging galvanizing production line; The acid treatment workshop covers an area of 2300 square meters, with an annual comprehensive treatment capacity of 36000 tons of acid. Supporting facilities include several pickling tanks, clean water tanks, cooling tanks, auxiliary plating tanks and passivation treatment tanks; 6 environmental protection automatic devices. The automatic production line has many advantages, such as flexible operation, automatic lifting, free operation of multiple branches and branches, high working efficiency, reliable braking, etc., ensuring the high quality standard of hot-dip galvanized workpieces. The company mainly serves the power tower, communication tower, electric railway, road protection, street lamp pole, animal husbandry fence, marine components, building steel structure components, photovoltaic support, intelligent parking equipment, etc. of the State Grid.


TURNBUCKLE SCAFFOLD

The company now has 40 sets of automatic welding equipment for buckles, 2 production lines for precision pipes, and 5 production lines for environmental protection hot galvanizing. It can provide customers with 48 series of buckle-type scaffolding for housing construction, 60 series of buckle-type scaffolding for bridges, hot-dip galvanized Q355B material poles, hot-dip galvanized Q235 material crossbars, hot-dip galvanized Q195 material diagonal rods and various precision pipes. The products are widely used in the construction of airports, subways, light rail, high-speed railways, bridges, rooms, docks and large venues.
